Villain 3bet size indicates that villain is fish (too small to create fold equity and for building pot) so I would 4bet to 1.8k-2k. Usually these fish who uses these min3bets are not folding to smallish 4bets. Which means my strategy will be to 4bet strong hands for value with no light 4bets and call all weaker hands. E.g. you have 1:7 pot odds for call so any hand will be profitable call.

If villain had used 3bet sizing like 1.1-1.3k then it would either be shove or call. At that point calling would be nice option.

As played you can lead turn or check. When villain bet pot I would likely shove because of stack depth. If villain has Qx+ or flush draw he will be calling. If calling then check-call any river pretty much. Another Q is like only one I would consider folding. You also have Ad which will be big blocker here.
