another 2h +30, EV10, EV difference is coming basically from one hand where I' have AAKKds and dominate his QQ67s - but he flops an 8outer with his side cards and therefore has 50% on flop.

Could have been ~40 more, but I made some call downs when they rivered me, but that's ok

then tried to convert my noncashable LP into cash there are no PLO sngs, so HU Holdem it was - and I flipped out of all 3 :) 30€ worth of LP down the drain.

if somebody is interested to flip SNGs or just "I lose one, you lose one" lemme know...

    also regular 12$RB

and another 2h of play, -100, EV -100 (some EV specials, but not many) - maniac super fishes just hit everything, not much I can do. Also people stay with any 4 on turn, hit on river and I don't suspect that they stayed that garbage and call the river blank.
whatever, at -100 it's where I draw the line, time for bed.

Go to PLO100 with 40BB, play tight some orbits, grind it up to 60BB, get ds aces on BB, action goes: bet, call, monkey reraises, I push, fold, fold, monkey calls.
I get 80% of my stack in pre.
    He flops Q9.
I am getting so tired of this shit.

    -250, 100 under EV
but another session before was +100 and ~100 RB, so it's all good
right now I make ~6$/h RB, that's not too shabby.

Whats worse than looking into two pair with AA? Looking into set (happened 3 times today) or trips. EV is a joke again.

I almost shove flop with my back doors, but CO could actually have something
the moment he half bets turn and BTN calls again Ik now I have the best hand. It might be really slim, but both villains are fish iirc and I cannot lose every hand I am ahead ;)
And I hold. Best hand I played today.

    -100, -100 under EV
just ran with boat 57 into rivered boat 5A, and pay him off. And immediately after I tilt a stack away.
I am STEAMED, so fucking unlucky.

Theme of the day "I 3bet AA, they call their any 4 gabrage, board is paired, I cbet, they raise. And have it.
I looked them up 4 times today, the 5th not anymore. 2 out of 3 paired flops they have flopped trips. fucking hell. Fucking hell. so fucking angry.

13$ RB, 12$ bonus, whatever.I will not even 3bet my AA anymore, what for. Best I get is a flip against pair+fd or two pair, when I have a FD. Worse I lose half my stack with no SD because I have to fold. Fucking hell.

Also I go from 70% preflop to 30-50% almost always. But SPR=1, so I have to shove every flop.
EV looks shitty as fuck, while I should be at 200 today.

I RARELY take down a pot with a cbet and win the 3bet money. Almost never actually.
They don't fold after I 3bet them, because they don't need to, they just hit :)

so break-even it is, EV at 10, fuck this shit.
15$ RB, ah and then I played a Hyper SNG, hit top pair, he hits 2nd pair. half stack is in after flop bet.
And ofc he hits two-pair on turn, I run so fucked...

    edit:
night session went better. still lost a couple of all-ins in the end, but was up a lot before.
I adapted by playing 30BB instead of 50BB. This way the SPR is even less postflop and they cannot safely fold their complete garbage. The problem was that before SPR=1 meant I get 30% of my stack in pre, so if they fold 1 out of 3 I don't make enough profit to cover for that. EVEN if it's mathematically correct to push any flop because SPR=1.

And now they go broke with everything "bare gutshot" or something and I actually can make some profit.
With my roll this small I have to resort to drastic measures.
Also "two pair" is a hand strength you will probably risk 40-60 BB, but not safely 100BB, so I had the choice to go deep again or to go real shallow. The way I am running these weeks I have to settle for the "less variance, less pain if I lose a stack" option. Not an exciting way to play poker, but I'll stick to that for a week or two hoping my BR will recover.
They fucking asked for it.With every suckout they were asking "can I have it like that"
Well, you got it like that.

    edit:
    fucking morning session
while I concentrate on folding my underfull I totally miss that I did not flop trip 9s (I was totally sure when I reraised :)), and ofc he flopped the boat so my fold equity wasn't that good.

    -80, 40 under EV

nothing goes my way today, either allin (so it's counted EV) or via EV special when they ship their last 3 chips in once they sucked out

    SB: $33.80 (67.6 bb)
    BB: $93.73 (187.5 bb)
    MP: $51.83 (103.7 bb)
    CO: $51.82 (103.6 bb)
    Hero (BTN): $12.87 (25.7 bb)

    Preflop: Hero is BTN with K[IMG] T[IMG] K[IMG] J[IMG]
MP folds, CO raises to $1.75, Hero raises to $6, 2 folds, CO calls $4.25

    Flop: ($12.75) J[IMG] 7[IMG] 5[IMG] (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $6.87, CO calls $6.87

    Turn: ($26.49) 9[IMG] (2 players)
    River: ($26.49) A[IMG] (2 players)

    Results: $26.49 pot ($1.32 rake)
    Final Board: J[IMG] 7[IMG] 5[IMG] 9[IMG] A[IMG]
    CO showed 9[IMG] Q[IMG] Q[IMG] 5[IMG] and won $25.17 ($12.30 net)
    Hero showed K[IMG] T[IMG] K[IMG] J[IMG] and lost (-$12.87 net)

Was already -130, but then I won some tilted all-ins, where I surprisingly had flips.
Overall not too bad, also I think one 15$ win was not tracked. Maybe I have time to poker tomorrow a bit, else in a couple of weeks, have to clear some bonus until end of May but that's it for my poker plans this month.

Being short stacked helps a lot, though. Only one full stack lost against superfish's any4, usually I can leave the table before that happens and the small pot losses I can handle much easier.

until I fix that I am lowering the variance

    I'm back!
Was travelling a bit, had some other things to do (still have 'em, but I am procrastinating like a boss)

I continue shortstacking, after two nice days today was a "-80, EV -4" day, so I am taking a break. That's a LOT of unlucky coinflips when you are shortstacking. PLO20/PLO50, but so far it's all good and I took the RB accumulated over 3 days and clear 15 Bonus.

I am actually more upset when I am sure villain is river potting on a 37JT5 board, but I have only hit a 7 so I still have to fold after a long tank - and he shows me that he hit only a 3.

I am obviously down a bunch overall, so I don't want to let it get to me. :)
Not sure how long or how intense, but the next weeks I should be playing a couple of hours every day.
Because in general I think I should be able to win this shit, it isn't THAT hard, right? Right.

I knew it would come, today it came
    the hurt.png

An of course there are lots of EV specials like this

    Hero (SB): $12.69 (25.4 bb)
    BB: $50 (100 bb)
    UTG: $79.85 (159.7 bb)
    MP: $77.83 (155.7 bb)
    CO: $65 (130 bb)
    BTN: $50 (100 bb)

    Preflop: Hero is SB with 7[IMG] 8[IMG] A[IMG] A[IMG]
UTG folds, MP raises to $1.75, CO calls $1.75, BTN calls $1.75, Hero raises to $9.25, 3 folds, BTN calls $7.50

    Flop: ($22.50) 7[IMG] 6[IMG] 3[IMG] (2 players)
Hero bets $3.44 and is all-in, BTN calls $3.44

    Turn: ($29.38) J[IMG] (2 players, 1 is all-in)
    River: ($29.38) T[IMG] (2 players, 1 is all-in)

    Results: $29.38 pot ($1.46 rake)
    Final Board: 7[IMG] 6[IMG] 3[IMG] J[IMG] T[IMG]
    Hero showed 7[IMG] 8[IMG] A[IMG] A[IMG] and lost (-$12.69 net)
    BTN showed 8[IMG] 4[IMG] 7[IMG] 6[IMG] and won $27.92 ($15.23 net)

    or this

    SB: $51.65 (103.3 bb)
    Hero (BB): $27.99 (56 bb)
    UTG: $68.17 (136.3 bb)
    MP: $50 (100 bb)
    CO: $59.25 (118.5 bb)
    BTN: $59.11 (118.2 bb)

    Preflop: Hero is BB with A[IMG] 4[IMG] 2[IMG] K[IMG]
2 folds, CO raises to $1.75, BTN calls $1.75, SB folds, Hero calls $1.25

    Flop: ($5.50) K[IMG] 7[IMG] 4[IMG] (3 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $3.75, BTN calls $3.75, Hero raises to $20.50, CO calls $16.75, BTN calls $16.75

    Turn: ($67) J[IMG] (3 players)
Hero bets $5.74, CO calls $5.74, BTN raises to $36.86 and is all-in, CO calls $31.12

    River: ($146.46) J[IMG] (3 players, 1 is all-in)

    Results: $146.46 pot ($1.50 rake)
    Final Board: K[IMG] 7[IMG] 4[IMG] J[IMG] J[IMG]
    Hero showed A[IMG] 4[IMG] 2[IMG] K[IMG] and lost (-$27.99 net)
    CO showed J[IMG] A[IMG] 9[IMG] T[IMG] and won $144.96 ($85.85 net)
    BTN showed K[IMG] 2[IMG] 2[IMG] 3[IMG] and lost (-$59.11 net)

and several occurances where HM2 just calculates wrong because I am allin flop, but villains aren't.
So it's rather EV -100 or even less losses.
    All on PLO50. Pretty frustrating.

    not my day :)
lose AA on 99Ax because after shoving turn he rivers his quad 9s and lose some 20-80 on PLO100
took 50$ RB, 15$ bonus, so it's not all bad.

as played SS there is nothing wrong, what else can you do?
I think he is a bad player overplaying his AAxxss with no nut potential exept acces and no suit or straight.
    Mark him as a whalle/fish

He is at least a very spewy player, that's why I was in that hand.

Today's hand is featured on the good old Pokerstars:

Again I hate the SPR if I 4bet, therefore I will just call, with the effect that he will not put me on aces and he will probably represent them.

KK on the other hand would totally be in my range - as well as his real range.
he 1/3 pots on flop and 2/3 pots on turn? WTF?

    hero

    V-Simba: folds

4bet there all day long. With Aces you can choose to get SPR 1 or SPR 4. You chose 4, I can't see a reason. Pot pre, shove any flop, and it's 100% guaranteed +EV line.

    I reraise to what...8 or 9?

So villain pays another 5 or 6 with the implied odds that I shove any flop and he gets my other 22$ if he hits well
if you think my line would be +EV, I'm telling you - his line will be printing

    ---------------------------------

today's hand is PLO50 on Unibet
    4 handed, I am short with 25$, button has 300$, SB 45$, BB 90$
no reads, but button runds hotter than the sun against me - his stack isnt from me though

I am UTG with the golden A:diamond:5:diamond:T:club:3:heart: and of course I.... limp :D
button folds, SB raises to 2$, BB calls, I call, pot 6$, flop comes
    J:club:5:spade:3:diamond:
SB checks, BB bets half pot, I call, SB calls pot 15$
    J:club:5:spade:3:diamond:9:heart:
    check check check
    J:club:5:spade:3:diamond:9:heart:2:club:

    what a river
SB donks 11,25$ into the 15$ pot, BB folds and hero...

hero calls of course. River 2 was the best card in the deck.
So SB says he has hit something. What? The straight? If he has a wrap - why not bet the beautiful rainbow flop? He raised pre, right? Just Cbet the flop with the hidden value! Also I block low wraps.
Everything else he bets before: sets, J9 is a very nice barrel on turn if he raised a jack rundown pre.

So it comes down to a very random A4 (and not even 46), a very random 22. On the other hand he will barrel all high cards. I was most scared of J9, but again he would bet that on turn, right? So he barrels AA, and of course air.
    Easiest call of my life!

villain shows A:spade:T:spade:5:club:6:club:, beautiful hand, my reads were all wrong and I win the pot with two-pair, 53.

    PLO100 on Unibet

    Im a BB with 50$, UTG 90$, BU 98$, SB 85$
my 2nd orbit on the table, UTG is aggrrrrrro against me on PLO50 tables, but then again who isn't, it's a weak read.

I get 8:diamond:Q:diamond:T:club:9:spade:, UTG raises to 3,50 SB folds, BB folds I call in the BB, pot 7,50

flop Q:heart:T:diamond:J:club:, I am pretty happy - two pair, sucker straight
I check, he bets 4,24$, a bit more than half pot, I call, pot 15$
turn comes Q:heart:T:diamond:J:club: 8:spade:, does not change a bit but he could have the same sucker straight as me now a bit easier
    I check , he bets 9,90$, I call, pot 35$
river 7:spade:, again not changing anything, and me unfortunately not boating up

    he pot-shoves me all-in, i have 32$ left

and this is probably a fold? He sizes the pots so he can get my whole stack. He has many combos that beat me: several AK, or K9, he could barrel that if he has KK9X, but AK is much more likely, also UTG and the line fits it perfectly. I'd say he also is capable to barrel me off a chop if he puts me at K9.
The only thing I am beating is AA or QQ - and only if the have bad side cards.

It is a good bluffing spot, since i very probably raise AK on turn because I am OOP. and if I check/donk a blank river I might not get paid. But on a rainbow board I might play it like that - but rarely.

    I make a crying call.

can't be scared money at these stakes, but it doesn't hurt to appear like scared money.

edit: Not sure how I would have played a paired board though. Probably shoving, since I barrel my boats like my counterfeited pairs. But that would have been ugly.
